About the Position

TransForce is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator with experience in Nashville, TN. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour, along with benefits. Drivers should have experience with excavators or front-end loaders.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday with a rare Saturday
• Start Time: 6-7 AM

Job Details

• Equipment: Operate heavy equipment (excavator or front-end loader)
• Freight: Loading of mulches, soils, compost, sands, and gravels into trucks and customer vehicles
• Heavy Equipment Operator experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Load materials into trucks and customer vehicles

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable Heavy Equipment Operator experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
