Express Trucking Group is hiring CDL A truck drivers for a dedicated regional grocery route based near Denver. This position offers steady weekly pay, frequent home time for local drivers, and consistent freight running throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. Drivers who want dependable work with modern equipment and year-round miles will do well in this operation.

Local & Regional Schedule

This dedicated position runs out of the Aurora area with deliveries to stores and distribution locations across the region. Drivers who live within commuting distance can be home daily most weeks, with occasional overnight runs when freight requires longer routes. This is a 24/7 operation, so drivers must be comfortable running nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when scheduled.

Pay & Extra Incentives

Drivers make $1,450$1,600 per week depending on miles, stops, and route assignments. Multi-stop loads are common, with most drivers handling one to three loads per day. During winter months, drivers receive a mountain driving bonus paid monthly for running routes through higher elevation areas. Additional overnight runs during surge periods provide extra earning opportunities.

Freight & Equipment

Freight is refrigerated grocery product running on a dedicated account with consistent volume year-round. Drivers operate newer trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and automatic tire chains for mountain driving conditions. Loads may include a mix of drop-and-hook, live load, and store deliveries depending on the route.

Requirements

Must have a valid Class A CDL and recent tractor-trailer experience. Drivers must meet DOT requirements and be able to run nights, weekends, and regional routes as scheduled. Must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal.
