Responsibilities – Service Advisor:
- Greet service department customers promptly and courteously - attitude is everything!
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
- Utilizing Tablet and software, advise customers of additional services, utilizing current technology with high integrity
- Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
- Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
- Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
- Maintain Extremely high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:
- Prior Automotive Service Advisor or Tech experience
- Must be organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills are paramount
- Self-motivated, forward-thinking team player
- Must have computer proficiency
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
