How you'll contribute
A Certified Surgical Technician (CST) who excels in this role:
Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment, including instruments, equipment, and supplies
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating surgical needs
Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies to ensure patient safety
Handle, label, and maintain specimens according to protocol
Clean, sterilize, and restock surgical instruments and operating rooms following procedures

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Additional requirements include:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (or eligibility to obtain within a specified timeframe)
Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical procedures, and instrumentation
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
