What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a book of personal lines accounts from quote through renewal
• Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person conversations
• Help clients understand coverages and make informed decisions—without pressure
• Prepare quotes for new and renewal business
• Process endorsements, policy changes, billing questions, and cancellations
• Collaborate closely with producers and teammates in a supportive environment
• Keep accurate records and follow established workflows to ensure consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Active Massachusetts P&C license
• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experience with QQCatalyst is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus, but not required
