Sous Chef – Upscale Full-Service Restaurant | Lombard, IL

What You’ll Do:
- Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead, coach, and develop line cooks and prep staff
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and managing food costs
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Help strengthen kitchen culture and operational systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager experience
- Background in full-service, high-volume restaurants
- Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
- Strong leadership presence and expediting skills
- Passion for team development and mentorship
- Reliable, steady career progression
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 base salary
- 10% performance bonus
