What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead, coach, and develop line cooks and prep staff
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and managing food costs
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Help strengthen kitchen culture and operational systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager experience
  • Background in full-service, high-volume restaurants
  • Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership presence and expediting skills
  • Passion for team development and mentorship
  • Reliable, steady career progression

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $70,000 base salary
