Grill Crew Member

We’re hiring dependable, hard-working team members to run the heart of our kitchen. As a Grill Crew Member, you’ll prepare hot food quickly and accurately while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. This position is ideal for someone who can stay focused under pressure, works well as part of a team, and takes ownership of their station

You’ll run the hot side — burgers, chicken, fries, and everything savory. Speed, accuracy, and cleanliness are everything

Responsibilities:

• Cook burgers, chicken, and hot foods to Dairy Queen standards
• Work fryers, grills, and prep stations safely
• Maintain ticket times during rushes
• Follow strict food safety and temp controls
• Keep kitchen spotless and organized
• Communicate clearly with front counter and management
• Assist with prep and closing cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Can handle heat — literally and mentally
• Works well under pressure
• Moves with urgency
• Team player mindset
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand full shift
• Nights and weekends required
