Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Bedside/Portable Procedures, Pediatric Outpatient, Abdomen/GI (Decubitus, KUB, Upright), Chest and Thorax (Routine), PACS, Head (Orbits, Skull), Lower Extremity (Ankle, Calcaneus, Femur, Foot, Knee, Patella, Tib/Fib, Toes, Trauma lower), Mobile/Surgical (C-Arm), Isolation Precautions/PPE, Spine and Pelvis (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar, Pelvis), Upper Extremity (AC joints, Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Humerus, Scapula, Shoulder, Thumb/Finger, Wrist).

Shift & Scheduling:

• Block Schedule: Friday 1330pm-12am, Saturday - Monday 1500p-0130a

Floating Requirements: Flex agency 3 times within the length of the contract

10 days maximum time off
