Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide expert nursing care specializing in the Operating Room Transport (ORT) setting in a travel position based in Boston, MA. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from the operating room, maintaining continuous monitoring and care.
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to facilitate smooth patient flow.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and assisting with preoperative instructions.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols in all transport activities.
• Document patient status and any incidents promptly and accurately.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid nursing license with a strong background in perioperative nursing or surgical patient transport.
• Demonstrated expertise in patient monitoring and emergency response within the OR setting.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced surgical environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility for travel assignments and adaptability to new clinical settings.
