Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 1 year licensed experience in outpatient settings is required (client-specific requirement).
