What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate rail loadout systems safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.

  • Inspect and prepare railcars to ensure proper loading and compliance with quality standards.

  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly report issues or irregularities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of load quantities, railcar numbers, and operational activities.

  • Support a clean, safe, and organized working area by following all safety procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate industrial equipment safely and effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail in documentation, inspections, and loadout activities.

  • Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Commitment to following safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination.

  • Successful candidate must submit to drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on elevated surfaces for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions and perform repetitive tasks.
