Oral Surgery Assistant / Dental Assistant (Lead Opportunity)
Solana Beach, CA | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

Join a modern, privately owned oral surgery practice focused on teamwork, patient care, and growth. We’re seeking a skilled Dental or Oral Surgery Assistant, with Lead opportunities for experienced candidates.

Pay & Benefits

  • $22–$38/hr (up to $40/hr for Lead)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in oral surgery procedures (implants, extractions, sedation)
  • Take X-rays and 3D scans (CBCT)
  • Monitor patients and maintain sterilization protocols
  • Support efficient clinical flow

Lead Role (Optional)

  • Oversee back-office operations
  • Train and support team members

Qualifications

  • Dental assisting experience required (oral surgery preferred)
  • Implant experience a plus
  • Team-oriented with strong work ethic
