Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a dynamic surgical team specializing in Level 1 trauma care within a leading medical center's Operating Room. This travel opportunity is ideal for certified surgical technologists with a minimum of three years’ experience who excel in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. You will work alongside expert clinicians caring for a diverse patient population, including trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgery, and pediatric cases, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robotics.

Key Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• At least 3 years of surgical technology experience, preferably in Level 1 trauma settings
• Exposure to a range of specialties is highly desirable (General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Neuro, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular)
• Proficient in use of Epic EMR system or ability to quickly adapt
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, accountability, and punctuality

Responsibilities:

• Support surgeons during complex operative procedures in a 26-bed operating room with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment effectively, including advanced robotic surgical systems
• Participate in scheduled call rotations including overnight trauma call and specialty team call duties
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to all safety protocols in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour day shifts: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Weekend coverage approximately 1 in 4 weekends
• Call requirements as outlined per specialty team
