Woodland Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we're looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for technicians who want to fully utilize their surgical and anesthesia skills while contributing directly to high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs
- Support an efficient surgical workflow by anticipating the needs of the veterinary team and patients
- Communicate with clients to review treatment plans, answer questions, and provide clear, compassionate discharge instructions

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts scheduled throughout the week including weekends.
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $27-31 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $2000
- CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of California
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Venipuncture and cystocentesis
- Placing IV catheters
- Surgery prep and anesthesia monitoring
- Dentistry including prophy, polish, radiographs, and charting
- Experience with dental extractions is highly desired!
