Job Description

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and use clinical skills where they are needed. Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Minnesota SLP license required to begin assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
  • Experience with dysphagia assessment and management, including clinical swallow evaluations and diet modification planning, preferred.
  • Experience with documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid billing in post-acute settings preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Details: 5 days per week.
  • Clinician may be required to float to other affiliated facilities as needed.
