Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for neonatal care? Do you thrive in a fast-paced NICU environment where every moment counts? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated NICU nurse to join their team and make a difference in the lives of their smallest patients.

As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will provide holistic care to neonates, infants, and their families. Your role will involve executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans, ensuring the highest quality of care for your patients.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Utilize Epic for electronic health records management
• Participate in shared decision-making and accountability for nursing practices
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and NRP certifications required
• Experience with newborn populations required
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
