Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

• Promote a people-first culture
• Lead teams to meet sales and budget goals
• Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Seamlessly open new locations while maintaining high-quality standards
• Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
• Accurately forecast business trends by store
• Meets or exceeds company sales goals and expectations

Restaurant District Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 years+ of multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Restaurant volume experience of $1.5 MM+ annual sales
• Fast casual restaurant management experience
• Results-oriented
• Minimum three years of multi-unit restaurant experience
• Proven skills in staff development and team building
• Commitment to a long-term career in the food service industry
• Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
• Candidate must be self-motivated and self-directed
• Possess strong communication skills
