Job Details

What You’ll Do
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for revenue-related activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ADFI, including calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
Analyze and interpret complex contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition and financial treatment
Prepare and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy
Support audit readiness by maintaining clear, defensible documentation and responding to audit requests
Evaluate revenue streams, reserves, and variances to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Drive process improvements and automation within revenue accounting workflows, including SAP utilization

Quickly ramp on company operations, systems, and revenue streams
Take ownership of responsibilities with minimal oversight
Consistently meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Build strong cross-functional relationships and become a reliable resource to the team

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus on revenue accounting and reconciliations
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver accurate, timely results
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, accruals, and financial reporting
Experience interpreting contractual agreements and translating into accounting treatment
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
Background in complex or high-volume environments (ideally $1B+ organizations)
CPA or progress toward certification is a plus

The Team & Structure
You’ll report into the Supervisor of Revenue Accounting, with visibility to the Assistant Controller and Controller, and exposure to senior leadership including the CFO. The broader accounting team includes 9 professionals and operates in a collaborative, high-accountability environment.
