Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts
• Process orders, returns, and invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized stock and ensure timely restocking
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source parts as needed
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the counter and over the phone
• Support inventory audits and help maintain a clean, professional workspace
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:  

• Automotive Parts Retail experience is preferred 
• GM Parts experience is a plus!
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team 
• Organized and friendly personality with good customer service skills 
• Time management skills 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
