In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the mission, vision, and values of the organization are upheld.
• Participating in planning, organizing, and directing clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance and a resident-directed culture.
• Conducting professional nursing assessments and evaluations, coordinating care with other nursing staff.
• Implementing clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient practices.
• Maintaining professional relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and other departments.
• Demonstrating dementia sensitivity and promoting individualized care for residents with dementia.
• Need 1 year experience in setting
