Restaurant Corporate Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations for a dynamic, multi-unit QSR organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Restaurant Corporate Controller Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred
• Experience in QSR multi-unit
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Must be based in the Tampa market and able to work a hybrid schedule

Restaurant Corporate ControllerJob Description:

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting
• Lead month-end close and preparation of financial statements
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting processes
• Manage outsourced functions including tax and payroll
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Partner with external auditors and ensure audit readiness
• Collaborate with executive leadership on financial insights and performance
