Equipment performance plays a central role in this position, giving CDL A drivers the ability to maintain steady miles without unnecessary downtime. Trucks are selected and maintained to support consistent operation across long-haul routes.

Equipment Focus: Late-model Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (20172022) with automatic transmission, APUs, and inverters
