Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support elementary students for the remainder of the school year. This position involves providing specialized speech and language services with a focus on an elementary caseload in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to elementary-aged students with a variety of communication needs.
  • Manage an itinerant caseload, traveling between 2-3 different school sites to provide consistent care.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that support student progress.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student speech and language challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment.
  • Ability to manage an itinerant schedule effectively between multiple locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within an educational team.
  • Commitment to adherence to professional and ethical standards in speech therapy services.

Location: Horace, North Dakota

This position runs through the remainder of the current school year with the potential for renewal for the following academic year.
