RUCKUS Networks is seeking a high-performing Product Manager for Ethernet Switching to drive the success of our switching portfolio and shape the future of enterprise networking. As a Product Manager, you will own the product line end-to-end—guiding products through the full lifecycle from market discovery and requirements definition to go-to-market execution, product transitions, and end-of-sale. At RUCKUS, Product Managers are empowered, trusted, and influential leaders with real ownership and impact.     What You’ll Do:  

• Own and grow the Ethernet switching portfolio, making data-driven, business-focused decisions to drive revenue, margin, and market share
• Define product positioning, pricing, promotions, and messaging to clearly articulate customer value and competitive differentiation
• Develop and lead joint initiatives that integrate RUCKUS switching with our Wi‑Fi, RUCKUS One, and AI solutions, positioning RUCKUS as a leader in enterprise networking
• Manage new product introductions, product transitions, forecasts, and P&L performance
• Partner closely with Sales, distributors, resellers, and customers to evangelize and grow the RUCKUS switching portfolio
• Represent RUCKUS externally through training webinars, blogs, whitepapers, customer briefings, and industry trade shows

 

Required Qualifications:  

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of product management experience with enterprise networking products
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise LAN and campus network architectures

• Proven ability to analyze competitor products, market dynamics, and business strategies
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing, forecasting, and performance metrics
• A customer-first mindset, using customer insights to define requirements, build business cases, and validate solutions.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $118,200.00-$180,000.00

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
