We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume manufacturing operation consisting of injection molding machines, robotic systems, and auxiliary equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Details
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems and automation equipment used in material handling and part removal
Maintain and service auxiliary equipment including chillers, dryers, grinders, conveyors, and material handling systems
Diagnose and repair electrical systems including control panels, relays, contactors, switches, and wiring
Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses
Repair and replace motors, gearboxes, and drive components
Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and efficiently to support production goals
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repairs
Perform welding and fabrication as needed for equipment repair and modification
Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
