We are seeking a talented Content Designer to join a dynamic team where you will profoundly shape the digital conversations that define client interactions. This isn’t just about writing; it’s about strategically influencing the entire user journey, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with core value and connects our digital offerings with what truly matters to our clients. * Provide practical direction to the larger design team on our Content Design communications standards, tools, channels, and processes.
* Act as an advocate for our clients, representing their needs and interests in discussions about the role of content in product design.

* **Content Creation:**
* Create client-focused textual content, including labels, explanatory text, hidden or alternative text, metadata, and support content internal to a digital product, as well as external (go-to-market) content, ensuring alignment with design principles and team strategies.
* Partner with peers to shape or develop other (non-textual) content such as iconography, information graphics, imagery, and data.
* Apply the principles of Inclusive Design in content design and creation.
* Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure digital conversations satisfy legal and regulatory responsibilities.
* Manage the documentation and sharing of content throughout its lifecycle.

* Research content and messaging strategies in the competitive landscape and perform competitive audits pertinent to specific design or business goals.
* Perform content audits where appropriate.

**What You Need to Succeed**
