Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment in a heavy industry manufacturing facility.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in steel (ideal), heavy industry, or manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills & experience with CMMS systems
• Knowledge of CAD (mechanical) or PLC programming (electrical)
• Effective communication & leadership skills
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
• Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
