In this role, you will:
  • Provide high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient appointment flow
  • Assist veterinarians with outpatient visits, treatments, and procedures
  • Build strong client relationships and clearly communicate treatment plans and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate, detailed medical records
  • Support the development and reestablishment of surgical services, including protocols and patient care

This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday. No weekends!

Full-time benefits and compensation**:
  • Compensation: $22-24 per hour, for each hour worked*
  • Bonus package: $2,000
  • CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
  • 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
  • Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Michigan
  • Proficiency in the following skills:
    • Surgical set up & assisting
    • Phlebotomy
    • Inpatient care
    • Sample collection
