Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (DOE) + Sales Incentive Compensation Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Case Designer to support sales operations within the insurance and financial services industry. This role serves as a key liaison between field sales teams and internal operations, ensuring that cases are designed, processed, and delivered accurately and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your work directly supports revenue-generating teams by handling the behind-the-scenes execution that allows sales professionals to focus on client relationships. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Representatives and leadership to provide presale support including case design, product selection, and illustrations
- Prepare and deliver accurate, compliant proposals and presentations with clear recommendations
- Generate and manage insurance illustrations using carrier software and internal systems
- Prepare, review, and process new business applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and issue resolution
- Analyze in-force policies and recommend alternative strategies or product solutions
- Maintain detailed records and activity logs within CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Create and send electronic documents (e.g., DocuSign) for client and producer signatures
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and market changes
- Support additional sales team needs and assist with high-volume requests as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3+ years of experience in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or related industry
- Experience working with insurance carriers, broker-dealers, or financial institutions is highly preferred
- Strong technical aptitude; experience with illustration software and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and case design concepts
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
- Industry licenses or certifications are a plus
