Hospitality General Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of a titled General Manager position in the nightlife, bar, casino or eatertainment industry
  • Banquet and full-service F&B experience
  • Experience overseeing $9M+ revenue/year
  • Experience leading 75+ employees in one location
  • Experience with training and developing teams
  • Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
  • Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma

Hospitality General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
  • Bartending experience in the past
  • Technology-savvy, including inventory tracking software
  • Local networking and revenue building experience
