Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst GPU who is highly organized to join our fast-paced Hardware Division. This role serves as the backbone of our AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) trade desk, managing the critical operational layer that ensures global deals move from handshake to delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Hardware, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial documentation, export compliance, and CRM management. This is a remote, U.S.-based position for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in the intersection of global logistics and technology sales.

Sales Operations Analyst GPU Responsibilities:

  • Draft and process essential commercial agreements, including NDAs, purchase orders, and sales contracts.
  • Manage international shipping workflows, working closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Execute export control screenings (OFAC/EAR) and prepare accurate international shipping documentation like BOLs and EEI filings.
  • Maintain a pristine HubSpot environment, automating workflows and ensuring deal stages accurately reflect the sales pipeline.
  • Assist the Business Development team by vetting hardware suppliers and tracking real-time inventory availability and pricing.
  • Lead the end-to-end application process for OEM/ODM distributor programs and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) status.
  • Synthesize raw sales data into actionable weekly reports and dashboards to track KPIs like margin and pipeline velocity.
  • Catalog technical specifications, HTS codes, and physical dimensions for complex hardware to streamline compliance.
  • Act as the primary operational link between the Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to clear deal bottlenecks.
  • Provide logistical assistance for industry trade shows, including material coordination and lead-tracking management.

Sales Operations Analyst GPU Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in sales operations, trade logistics, or tech-focused administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Must be a resident of the United States or Canada.
  • Familiarity with U.S. export regulations (EAR/ECCN) and international trade compliance is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience handling commercial invoices, packing lists, and coordinating with customs agents.
  • High level of comfort with CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and building data visualizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.
  • Exceptional written skills with the ability to draft professional business correspondence for global partners.
  • A "eagle-eye" for accuracy, you are the final line of defense for contract and shipping errors.
  • A genuine interest in the evolving landscape of AI, data centers, or enterprise-grade hardware.

Sales Operations Analyst GPU Benefits:

  • $70,000 - $120,000 USD salary
  • Ideal company culture and top-notch team
  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • PTO & Work-life balance
