What You’ll Do
Manage the residential HVAC sales process from lead to close
Conduct in-home system evaluations and replacement consultations
Build and present clear, professional proposals
Educate customers on system options, pricing, and rebate opportunities
Leverage utility, manufacturer, and state rebates to maximize value
Offer additional home comfort solutions (IAQ, water filtration, generators)
Build long-term relationships with homeowners
Travel locally throughout Strasburg, CO and surrounding areas
What You Bring
Experience in residential HVAC or home services sales
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to manage your own pipeline and follow up effectively
Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach
Valid driver’s license
