TransForce is seeking CDL A Flatbed Drivers in Nashville, TN, to support Local operations. This position offers steady work, Temp To Hire, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 AM start time
• Pay: $28 Hr + OT
• Route Type Local, Home Daily 
• Freight / Load Type: Steel
• Handling: Strapping Only
• 1+ year Flatbed Experience REQUIRED

• License: CDL A 
• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Electronic logging device experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

• Safely operate equipment, Local routes
• Transport Steel in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including Strapping
