As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients in critical situations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Documenting according to standards of care
• Performing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Developing, initiating, and executing a patient plan of care according to individualized needs
• Participating in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Utilizing clinical expertise and guidance to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care
• Utilizing critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately
• Participating in the professional nursing continuum process and peer review

Requirements for this role include:

• RN Education Verification
• Active WI RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Either TNCC or TNS certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
