About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL A Route Delivery Driver for our client in Southborough, Massachusetts. This position offers component pay with an average weekly earning potential of $1200-1800. The role involves driving reefer freight with no touch handling, primarily covering New England, New York, and New Jersey.

Pay & Schedule

• Component pay: $0.57 per mile, $30 per stop
• Average weekly pay: $1200-1800
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Start time: 3-4 AM
• Hours per day: 8-12 hours
• Stops per day: 1-4 with back haul

Job Details

• Route Type: Local

• Equipment: Automatic transmission, 53’ trailer
• Handling: No touch - bumping docks only

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations
• Adhere to all safety and DOT regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Valid CDL A 
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
