The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial tasks, including accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, internal controls, commercial billing, distributor export accounts, and much more. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
• Oversee Cost Accounting, providing critical input into budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement robust Internal Controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage Commercial Billing and Distributor Export Accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
• Utilize Strong Excel skills to analyze financial data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
• Perform Brokerage Calculations, Payments, Settlements, and Cash Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare Account Reconciliations on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and increase financial transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls, Commercial Billing, Distributor Export Accounts, and Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Experience with Brokerage Calculations, Payments, Settlements, and Cash Reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
