Job Description

Please be able to commit to the schedule and be available to work all 8 days. And commit to a walkthrough of the Venue on May 6th (This is a mandatory walk through).

The Team Lead will be required to:

  • Arrive an hour before crew members arrive each day and introduce yourself to the Patina Group Rep onsite.
  • Conduct a walk-through of the event site with the client to understand expectations
  • Familiarize yourself with key areas such as workstations, break rooms, restrooms, and check-in stations
  • Check all crew members in and make sure that the sheets are updated for check in everyday.
  • Check all crew members out when their shift is over.
  • Guide crew members to pick up all uniforms.
  • Make sure all uniforms are checked in at the end of the day.
  • Guide crew members to their assigned marketplace
  • During your shift you will check in on crew members at the two different marketplaces they are assigned to.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Bluecrew workers onsite, funneling questions or concerns to the Team Lead Coordinator or Account Manager.
  • Relay client feedback, concerns, or questions to the Account Manager
  • Provide scripted responses to client questions when applicable; escalate more complex issues to the Account Manager
  • Ensure smooth worker check-in and shift execution
  • Complete and submit a Post-Event Feedback Form after the last shift to share learnings and observations.

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring Concession Attendants to join our team for the PGA Championships. Our ideal Attendants have great attention to detail, communicative team players and provide

exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assembles food to specifications before and during the event.

• Ensures proper food safety is maintained and food is stored correctly.

• Monitors and restocks food and beverage in customer facing location.

• Keeps workstation and equipment clean and sanitized.

• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to understand and follow directions.

• Ability to work cooperatively with others.

• Available leading up to and during the event.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for entire length of shift.

  • Greet customers and take orders using a point of sale system
  • Prepare food and drink orders
  • Serve food and drink items to customers
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service
  • Help with event setup and tear down
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation
  • Keep stand well stocked with food and drink products
  • Other duties as assigned
