Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will:

• Assess and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to enhance students' physical, sensory, and cognitive skills
• Document progress and adapt interventions to meet evolving student needs
• Participate in team meetings to contribute to students educational and developmental goals

Qualifications include:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling to multiple school locations within Chicopee and nearby areas
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
