What You'll Be Doing

  • Support plant operations by assisting with production, cleanup, and general labor tasks
  • Operate or assist with equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational reliability
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe workplace
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

  • $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr 2nd shift rate
