Dental Hygienist – Drs Heringhaus General Dentistry (Mansfield, OH)

We’re growing and looking for the right hygienist to join our team.

Dr. Eric Snyder is looking for someone who truly enjoys what they do and wants to be part of a positive, easygoing office in Mansfield. We’re a private practice that focuses on good dentistry, great patient relationships, and a team that actually likes working together.

If you like taking your time with patients, building trust, and not feeling rushed all day — you’ll fit in really well here.

What we offer:

• $45–$50/hour + benefits
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• One-hour appointments
• Monday–Thursday, 8–5 (yes… a 3-day weekend every week 🙌)

What we’re looking for:

• Someone friendly, reliable, and great with patients
• A team player who communicates well
• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Comfortable with digital x-rays, pano, scanner, etc.

What your days will look like:

• Providing thorough cleanings and periodontal care
• Taking x-rays and completing patient assessments
• Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident
