Job Description

Construction Project Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Design & Documentation Analysis: Review and monitor architectural and engineering drawings, including drafting preliminary CAD and millwork detail drawings.
  • Site & Procurement Management: Conduct on-site evaluations to assess constraints and perform precise material quantity calculations for the procurement process.
  • Bidding & Contract Coordination: Prepare construction bidding packages and facilitate the coordination of permit and bidding sets.
  • Financial & Equipment Oversight: Process project-related payments for contractors and consultants while managing detailed refrigeration and equipment packages.

Construction Project Specialist Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by 5–7 years of full-time experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in design and management software, specifically AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office, along with experience using specialized project management tools.
  • Project Oversight: Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and technical documentation through the entire lifecycle, from initial design phases through to construction completion.
  • Communication & Language: bilingual in English and Korean.
