Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active Nevada Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate treatment plans and evaluations to medical teams, including in-house and specialty physicians such as orthopedic and hand surgeons.
- Ability to document and report patient progress and to assist colleagues in identifying clinical issues.
- Preferred: prior outpatient orthopedic clinic experience and familiarity with standard outpatient documentation systems.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, behavior characteristics indicate M-F.
- Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Positions Available: 1 position.
- Clinical Focus: Outpatient orthopedic musculoskeletal caseload working with a team of therapists and coordinating with physicians.
