Pay starts at $23.50 $29.00/hr plus hourly bonus potential up to $4.00, depending on experience.

Qualifications for success:

• 2 - 5+ years of hands-on residential repainting experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Ability to work full-time in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job (including ladder work up to 40ft, lifting, etc)

As our skilled painter, you take ownership of painting walls, ceilings, and trim with sharp lines and smooth finishes that reflect your high standards. You operate airless sprayers like a pro, maintain your tools in top condition, and know exactly which primers to use and when. You're focused and fast, measuring your own progress and always pushing to meet or exceed production goals. If something isn't quite right, you're the first to troubleshoot and collaborate with your job site manager to keep things running smoothly. You mentor newer team members when needed, communicate clearly with clients, and uphold safety and organization without missing a beat.
